R&M Williams awarded RoSPA Gold for health and safety performance

R&M Williams has been awarded a RoSPA Gold Award following an independent assessment of our health and safety performance across 2025.

The RoSPA Health and Safety Awards are among the most respected in the industry, recognising organisations that demonstrate a genuine and sustained commitment to protecting the people who work for them. This year’s awards carry additional significance, marking the 70th anniversary of the programme, seven decades of driving progress and raising standards across the safety community.

Our Gold Award reflects the work carried out across our operations throughout 2025, from site-level practice through to management systems and leadership. Health and safety is not a compliance exercise at R&M Williams – it is a core part of how we operate and how we look after our directly employed workforce of over 150 people across South Wales.

Danielle Thomas has been central to driving our health and safety performance, and this award is a testament to her dedication and the discipline shown by our teams across every project we deliver.

The award will be presented at RoSPA’s 70th Anniversary ceremony on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
