How we deliver reliably in occupied homes

Resident liaison & access planning

Resident liaison officers support communication with tenants and help coordinate property access. Office based Project Coordinators manage operatives and subcontractors with our CRM system.

Works are sequenced carefully to reduce disruption and minimise repeat visits to homes.

Comprehensive photographic and data records ensure compliance and quality assurance through our Audited Quality Management System.

Specialist subcontractors are assessed through strict competency and compliance procedures.

All staff operate under safeguarding policies when working with vulnerable residents. DBS checks are completed when required.

The safety of our people, our subcontractors and the public is our first priority, and we foster a culture where everyone is engaged on safety, with all our staff, operatives, management and directors sharing responsibility for safe delivery of works.
