  • Back to The Brushes for One Life Autism

    There's something fitting about a day spent with paintbrushes in hand. Painting and decorating is where R&M Williams started, so getting back to it for a good cause felt right.   • R&M Williams Awarded MoD Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award 2026

    R&M Williams has been awarded the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award 2026 in recognition of its support for the Armed Forces community. The company is one of eight employers in Wales, and 162 across the UK, to receive the award this year.   • Nathan’s Story: A Future in construction

    Nine months ago, Nathan had never had a job. Today, he's multi-skilled on site, hoist trained, working full time, and due to start his telehandler licence with Bridgend College soon.   • Future site managers in the making: R&M Williams supports Whitestone Primary School
