Croft Street Achieves 99% Outstanding Rating from the Considerate Constructors Scheme

Our Croft Street project in Swansea, delivered for the City & County of Swansea, has achieved a 99% Outstanding rating from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS).

It is a fantastic result for the site team and a reflection of the standards being maintained throughout the project.

A strong score across every area

The latest CCS visit scored Croft Street at 98% for Community, 100% for Environment and 98% for Workforce. The monitor highlighted the improvements made since previous visits, the positive interventions introduced by the team and the high standards being maintained despite the complexities and constraints of the project.

Why CCS recognition matters

What makes this result particularly important to us is the breadth of what the Considerate Constructors Scheme assesses. It goes beyond the construction work itself, looking at how a project interacts with its community, its environmental performance, how people on site are supported and the standards maintained throughout the supply chain.
